Convergint Names Ann Fandozzi as CEO, Ken Lochiatto Remains an Advisor
Convergint has named Ann Fandozzi to serve as the integration firm’s new CEO. Ken Lochiatto, who held the titles of president and CEO for more than a decade, will continue to serve Convergint in an advisory role on its Board of Managers, according to an announcement.
The appointment marks Fandozzi’s fourth assignment as a CEO, having previously led RB Global, Abra Auto Body & Glass and vRide. Prior to these CEO roles, she held senior leadership positions at Whirlpool, DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Co., and Lockheed Martin.
“Ann’s experience in leading company culture, combined with her passion for innovation and commitment to customer success, are a natural fit for Convergint,” Lochiatto stated. “We are excited to welcome her as CEO and are incredibly proud of Convergint’s ongoing success and look forward to accelerating our global growth.”
Lochiatto has played a pivotal role in Convergint’s growth and success during his tenure as CEO. Under his leadership, the company expanded its global footprint to more than 10,000 colleagues across more than 220 Convergint Technology Center locations, diversified its service offerings, completed 55 acquisitions, and strengthened its position as an industry leader.
According to the announcement, Lochiatto’s dedication to Convergint’s culture and strategic vision have been instrumental in shaping the company into the $2.5 billion company it is today.

Appointed new senior leadership roles
Paxton has recently appointed new senior leadership roles to support its rapid global expansion, from company culture, finance function to manufacturing. Nicola O’Donnell was appointed to chief people officer to enhance employee experience. Previously HR director for eight years, O’Donnell and her team will continue developing Paxton’s award-winning culture and employee experience. Alex Clements was appointed finance director to support international expansion. Over the last year, Clements has been working closely with Paxton’s senior management team, providing financial information which has supported the construction and development of new manufacturing facilities. Blair Bowen was appointed to operations director. Having joined Paxton in 2022, Bowen has led the manufacturing team on multiple projects to further increase production efficiency and improve the carbon footprint in the manufacturing process.

Appointed to server on the Executive Advisory Board
The Security Industry Association (SIA) has appointed Bill Brennan of i-PRO to serve on the SIA Executive Advisory Board. Brennan serves as president of i-PRO Americas. With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, he led the security business unit under Panasonic before assuming his current role in April 2019 when i-PRO became an independent company. Since then, Brennan has reportedly been focused on addressing the security market’s needs by offering cutting-edge, proactive solutions and building a community centered on mutual prosperity and trust.
