Camden’s CX-ED1689L and CX-ED1799L Grade 1 fire-rated electric strikes for mortise and cylindrical locksets offer excellent strike quality and features, with the added value of built-in latch monitoring and “universal” performance. CX-ED1689L is a low profile Grade 1 fire-rated strike with both latch and strike monitor switches included. CX-ED1799L is a Grade 1 fire-rated strike with dual lock monitors and strike monitor switches included. CX-ED1689L-4 and CX-ED1799L-8 strikes are packaged with four or eight stainless steel faceplates, respectively. They feature field selectable voltage (12/24V, AC/ DC), fail safe or fail secure operation, and are non-handed. Strike bodies and individual faceplates are also available separately.

Live Face Blur enables users to blur people’s faces while watching live camera streams via Verkada Command, balancing the need for security with people’s right to privacy, especially in sensitive settings such as hospitals and schools. The use of Live Face Blur will not impact investigation, and faces are still captured in saved footage and visible in a camera’s motion, history and people tabs. (Face Blur was previously available only when archiving footage). Administrators can toggle live Face Blur for all cameras, or enable others to toggle live Face Blur on a case-by-case basis without affecting other viewers.
