Presented by James A. Gagliano, retired FBI professional with a quarter-century of experience in mitigating criminal and terrorist threats, this Keynote session will highlight essential 21st century adjustments in law enforcement and security postures. Gagliano has vast experience in crisis resolution, which he now shares as a homeland security doctoral candidate, media law enforcement analyst, and industry speaker. He will address recent responses to contemporary challenges such as active shooters, bombings, domestic terrorism and pandemic issues by identifying and disassembling the ever-evolving threat matrix.

In this dynamic presentation, Landauer will bring insights from her achievements and experience racing – including taking North American and European podium finishes in NASCAR and her remarkable achievement at age 14 as the first and youngest female champion of the Skip Barber Racing Series – coupled with her passion for STEM education as a Stanford University graduate and her full-throttle support of women’s empowerment initiatives.
