Security Project Management (SPM) Training

SIA’s SPM course is designed for security project managers, lead installation technicians, security managers, system architects, engineers and sales professionals who oversee project completion. The training will help you to increase profit margin through more accurate estimations, deliver projects on time and within budget, apply the five phases of security project management, enhance customer satisfaction and increase return business. The training is available as a live, instructor-led 10-hour Basics of SPM course and a 20-hour in-depth SPM Training Seminar, and the Basics of SPM course can also be accessed as an on-demand training. New Offering! CSPM Review Course

To help you prepare to get certified, SIA has launched a new CSPM Review Course, which covers key concepts and skills outlined in the CSPM exam blueprint. The 6-hour live, instructor-led course will help you identify specific areas where you might need to do some additional studying before the exam. During each session, our experienced instructors experienced instructors will guide you through an in-depth review of the key knowledge domains and subdomains of the CSPM exam, discuss exam preparation strategies and provide direct feedback on any questions.
