Elite Interactive Solutions Names New President

Elite Interactive Solutions (EIS) announced it has promoted COO Michael Zatulov to president of the company. Since joining Elite in 2018, the company said Zatulov has been integral to leading the business to double-digit year-over-year growth, substantial increases in recurring monthly revenue (RMR) and low single-digit customer attrition.

“Michael has done an exceptional job managing a multitude of responsibilities directly related to Elite’s tremendous success in recent years,” said EIS Founder Aria Kozak, who will remain in his CEO role and continue to actively engage with the business. “Michael’s high-level thinking and keen aptitude for managing both the financial and operational sides of the company have made his promotion to president exceedingly well deserved.”

Zatulov is a business operator with more than a decade of experience at the executive level of complex organizations with a focus on technology companies. During his relatively short time in the security industry he has garnered recognition including capturing the Security Industry Alarm Coalition’s 2020 Police Dispatch Quality (PDQ) Award.

Prior to joining Elite, Zatulov served as a senior executive at a private equity firm focused on lower-middle market acquisitions where he directly oversaw operations of several publicly recognized brands. He began his career as a CPA where he was involved in both business consulting and tax strategy practices. Zatulov received a bachelor of science in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. //
