GardaWorld Launches New Combined Video Monitoring Solutions Brand, ECAM
World Security Corp. (GardaWorld), an entrepreneurial-driven corporation focused on building global security services, AI-enabled security technology, integrated risk management and cash automation solutions, announced the launch of ECAM, a North American provider of AI-driven surveillance technology.
ECAM combines live video surveillance technology with human expertise to deliver real-time protection with precision and vigilance. ECAM delivers intelligent security with proprietary and patented mobile and permanent remote video monitoring tailored to industries like residential communities, construction, commercial real estate, logistics, auto dealerships and critical infrastructure.
“With ECAM, we’re building more than a company — we’re building a global champion business that will shape the future of surveillance and security,” said Stephan Crétier, founder, chairman, president and CEO, GardaWorld. “By combining the scalability of advanced AI with decades of operational expertise, we’ve created a platform that delivers a level of efficiency, reliability and insight unmatched in the industry. ECAM already commands the largest footprint of monitored mobile and permanent surveillance units in North America, positioning us as the emerging market leader in a rapidly expanding sector. We’ve invested aggressively to scale, innovate and unlock long-term value — with a laser focus on market share, operational excellence and sustainable growth. The opportunity in surveillance ahead is massive and ECAM is uniquely positioned to lead.”
As part of its launch, ECAM has also launched a proprietary upscaling technology and process of enhancing the resolution and quality of lower-resolution video footage using advanced algorithms. This new technology, known currently as “Integra,” is now deployed across all ECAM surveillance systems and represents an advancement in how its video surveillance footage is processed and analyzed. Unlike traditional approaches, image resolution can remain lower at origin and be upscaled up to 6x for AI detection and monitoring fidelity. All of this occurs within the advanced ECAM cloud.
“ECAM enters the market at a time when customers are demanding smarter technology, faster threat detection and response and greater cost efficiency,” said Christopher Brooks, chief operating officer, ECAM. “Our deeply customer-centric model is built on operational excellence and innovative proprietary technology, developed by our own in-house R&D teams. We deliver high-performance security solutions with speed, precision and value without unnecessary complexity or overhead. By combining AI-driven innovation with deep executional and human expertise, we’re enabling our customers to scale their security smarter, respond faster and realize stronger ROI from day one.”

This collaboration will explore the integration of RAD’s latest solution, SARA (Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent), into the Immix platform, empowering security monitoring centers to leverage automation for incident escalation and response. Traditional security monitoring often relies on manual processes, which can introduce delays in response times and decision-making. The integration of SARA’s technology with the Immix platform is set to enhance operational efficiency by automating critical communication steps, ensuring that key stakeholders receive timely and relevant information during security events.
By combining the robust toolset available to monitoring centers utilizing the Immix platform with RAD’s intelligent conversational AI, security centers will be able to:
- Automate critical phone calls to escalate incidents, notify key stakeholders, and request input on incident resolution.
- Enhance decision-making by allowing recipients to ask SARA specific questions about the event — such as suspect descriptions, location details, relevant timestamps, or even the potential presence of weapons — leveraging metadata analysis.
- Improve operator efficiency through simultaneous escalations, reducing response times when every second counts.
- Ensure a consistent and customizable user experience, supporting security teams in making informed decisions while maintaining operational control.
- Better equip first responders with real-time insights before they arrive on-site, improving situational awareness and safety.
“This strategic integration goes beyond standard monitoring solutions — it’s about delivering actionable intelligence in real-time,” said Chris Brown, CEO, Immix. “By integrating SARA’s voice services into our platform, we’re enabling security teams to maximize efficiency and make faster, smarter decisions during critical incidents. The Immix Beyond Monitoring initiative was born to give our clients the most cutting-edge tools that can aid in delivering critical information to first responders and key stakeholders, SARA is the next generation of that critical communication.”
Steve Reinharz, CEO/chief technology officer, AITX and RAD, added, “SARA represents the next evolution in security automation, providing critical real-time insights and response capabilities. Immix has been a trusted name in security monitoring, and we are excited to collaborate on this innovative integration. By combining our AI-driven technology with Immix’s proven platform, we are helping security teams streamline incident management and improve outcomes in ways never before possible.”

She is also especially proud of TMA’s response to the pandemic, an unprecedented challenge for the industry and association. TMA supported its members during this period by offering highly attended weekly town halls covering the most critical issues of that week and providing them with many other resources and assistance.
