DMP Hires Warren Hill as Executive Director of Product Management
DMP has appointed Warren Hill as the executive director of product management. He will oversee the product management team through all aspects of development.
Hill has been in the security industry for over 15 years. He started in 2003 with GE Security, where he spent three years as a global product manager responsible for wireless panels and sensors. In 2011, Hill became the product marketing manager at UTC Fire & Security (Interlogix). A few years later, he led the intrusion and smart property product management team prior to becoming vice president of partner solutions. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing at Alula.

Elected as treasurer and will serve as chairman of the ESA Finance Committee
ESA has announced that Michael Barnes was elected as treasurer and will serve as chairman of the ESA Finance Committee following the ESA board of directors’ meeting on Nov. 30. Barnes succeeds Kevin Stone, who assumes the role of chairman elect from 2023-2024. The purpose of a treasurer is to work collectively to provide good governance of ESA affairs and to set the organization’s direction to optimize the growth and performance of the organization, according to the announcement.

Promoted to vice president of treasury
Allied Universal, a security and facility services provider, has promoted Jim Lennon to vice president of treasury. He will oversee financial activities, including North American treasury and cash application activities, the company said. Lennon has been with Allied Universal for more than 13 years. He joined the company in 2010 as part of Allied Barton, which was acquired and merged with Universal Protection to become Allied Universal in 2016.

The Louisiana Life Safety and Security Association (LLSSA) has appointed Peggy Page as its new executive director. Page brings her 30-plus years of industry experience to the team. She has worked in every position from installer to manager. Previously, Page worked with SentryNet and SentryCon, later sold to Stanley Security and then Securitas Technology. She has a bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing and is in the final stages of obtaining her Certified Tradeshow Manager (CTSM).
