Nortek Panel Packed Aims to Disrupt

The 2GIG EDGE security and automation panel features artificial intelligence and edge analytics. The panel features face recognition touchless disarm. The technology built into the panel ensures homeowners’ biometric data stays secure by saving it only on the panel. Once homeowner data is deleted, it is deleted forever. It boasts complete compatibility with live feed of ONVIF cameras to the 2GIG EDGE panel, allowing homeowners to use existing ONVIF devices. The Home Connect 620 is Kwikset’s newest Z-Wave connected smart lock. It features a 10-button keypad with one-touch locking, as well as 250 user codes and the latest Z-Wave 700 chip technology, which includes Z-Wave SmartStart, added security and better battery life. It features complete remote locking/unlocking via smartphones and tablets when paired with a supported home platform. The S2 framework adds an additional layer of AES 128-bit encryption of wireless signals for increased device security. Homeowners can send personalized access codes to family and guests. March Networks Recorders Accelerate Application Development

March Networks’ X-Series of hybrid recorders can support AI applications with NVIDIA SoC technology. The X-Series delivers a 400 percent increase in throughput over previous generation recorders. Hanwha NVRs Support 8K Cameras

Hanwha Techwin America’s new NVRs in the Wisenet X series (XRN-6410DB4/ XRN-3210B4) are scalable to a total of 160TB of available SATA HDD recording capacity. Both units support video playback and recording of up to 8K super-high-resolution images and support a recording bandwidth of 400 Mbps and include dual HDMI video outputs. Both models support RAID 5 and RAID 6 configurations which provide redundancy for video storage data. New UI/ UX features allow users to configure events and alarms of all channels or edit each channel from a single page. Users can also mouse over the video for a preview. DMP Access Solution Is Impervious to Outages

DMP’s new cloud-based X1 Series offers network and cellular-based connectivity; the X1’s optional cellular module can be used as the primary or backup for an entire system to ensure constant communication with the cloud. The series also provides scaling from single- to multi-site applications and supports up to 1,000 doors on a system in the cloud. Even if a system’s X1s are not physically connected, system managers can add users to groups for access permissions that work across an entire system. RTI Video Matrix Solutions Deliver Clarity, Integration

Built on the HDBaseT 18Gbps standard — and featuring advanced color space conversion (CSC) technology — the 4x4 VX44-18G-Kit, 8x8 VX88-18G, and matching VRX70-18G receiver integrate with the RTI control system. The solutions support 4K UHD resolutions at a 60Hz refresh rate and 4:4:4 chroma sampling for high picture quality. The units are HDCP 2.2-compliant and support all known HDMI audio formats. The SureWave line of wireless no-touch switch solutions includes a stand-alone battery-operated wireless switch (CM-330), and the option to add a plug-in wireless transmitter to a one-relay (CM-331) or two-relay (CM-332) line-powered switch, or a hybrid battery powered no-touch switch with relay output (CM-333). The PA-250-IP is a 250W rack mounted paging amplifier for 25V and 70V paging speakers and horns. Initiate voice paging with the PA-250-IP as a Unicast end point or add the PA-250-IP to a paging group for multicast paging. The new MIC inteox cameras share the same characteristics as the rest of the MIC camera family, such as robust housing and high-quality imaging, and support for predictive solutions with machine learning, neural network based video analytics and third-party software apps for customized applications. The updated ELAN 8.6 Software brings native Z-Wave Plus support to all ELAN EL-SC system controllers. Genetec’s new version of Security Center brings enterprise video surveillance customers new options to facilitate migration to the cloud and support flexible hybrid-cloud architectures. Enterprise Video-Surveillance-as-a-Service, the new version of Security Center Omnicast — the video management system of Security Center — allows for tiered cloud and on-premises storage to manage short- and long-term video archives.
